How to use these sheets
Write the breeding date the day it happens, then fill the due date from the matching gestation calculator the same evening. Records kept same-day are the ones you can trust years later when culling, buying, or registering stock. Laminate the vitals and kit checklists so they survive the barn.

1. Breeding Record Sheet
One row per female per season. The core record every breeder wishes they had kept.

Trigger points: 30 minutes of hard straining with nothing delivered, more than 2 hours between offspring with straining, or a mother visibly giving up. Those mean call the vet, not wait longer.

Assemble two weeks before the first due date. Laminate and tick with a grease pencil.
4. Egg Incubation Schedule
One row per hatch batch. Fill the dates from the egg set date using the species incubation calculator.
